The Commandant Service Includes: 

Bedrooms: 

• Surfaces are cleaned & polished including dressers, nightstands, headboards, and window ledges 
• Ceiling fan blades & light fixtures are dusted.
• Interior of windows are cleaned
• Blinds are dusted 
• Beds are redressed with linen you provide. 
• Bedroom doors are dusted and cleaned
• Floors are swept, vacuumed, and mopped 

Bathrooms: 

• Vanity / Counter tops including sink and mirror 
• Over counter light fixtures are dusted.
• Ceiling exhaust fans are dusted. 
• Cabinet faces are cleaned & shined.  
• Toilet interior & exterior 
• Trash is removed 
• Tub floors and walls are cleaned 
• Shower floor and walls are cleaned. 
• Floors are vacuumed, swept, and mopped
• (NEW!) Baseboards are wiped clean. 
• Bathroom Door is dusted & cleaned. 

NEW! Include a SHOWER LINER REPLACEMENT During service (+$8.00)

Living Rooms / Dens / Sitting Rooms: 

• Cleaning and polishing including (but not limited to) coffee and end tables, shelves, window ledges, and lamps 
• Ceiling fan blades & light fixtures are dusted.
• Interior of windows are cleaned. 
• Blinds are dusted. 
• Couches and chairs are vacuumed as needed, including under cushions. 
• Blankets and throws are neatly folded. 
• Floors are vacuumed, swept, and mopped

Kitchen & Dining Rooms

• Counters are cleaned and stone is polished. 
• Used dishes are washed & left neatly stacked. 
• Interior & exterior of the Microwave is cleaned. 
• Cooktops & Hoods are Cleaned.
• Interior of the Oven is Cleaned.
• Exterior of appliances are cleaned and shined. 
• Over & Under countertop cabinetry exterior is cleaned. 
• Interior of windows and ledges are cleaned. 
• Blinds are dusted. 
• Interior & Exterior of glass doors are cleaned. 
• Tables tops and chair seats are cleaned.
• Kitchen trash is removed from the bin and liner is replaced. 
• Floors are vacuumed, swept, and mopped. 

Laundry Rooms: 

• Exterior of washer & dryer are cleaned 
• Floors are swept, Vacuumed, & mopped.
