Although our team strives to bring our community the very best service for an unbeatable rate, it is inevitable that even the best may sometimes fall short of the mission. Our leadership values ALL feedback from our customers to aide Field Day in continuing our connections with the community we serve. Field Day Cleaners is proud to be considered a "Pet Friendly" company and does NOT charge any amount for pets.
For the safety of our team and your animals we Require all animals to be kenneled or kept in an area of the home that is not included in the service.
Please allow room in driveways for our team to park during service. We discourage all members of the Field Day Team to park on the street to avoid compliance issues with HOA's and local ordinances.
Certain services require our team members to conduct activity outside of the property, included in various package Field Days. These tasks are considered weather permitting and may not be completed in the event of rain, high wind, temperatures above 90 degrees or below 40 degrees or other natural events that determine the task to be obmitted.
Field Day Cleaners utilizes multiple sale methods for our customers to settle service invoices. Settlement is required the day of service. Failure to complete settlement can result in a late fee of 5%.
PLEASE DO NOT leave cash for payment. Currency is not handled by our team members. As of October 2024 Field Day Cleaners will no longer accept Checks as a form of payment.
Field Day Cleaners does NOT require our customers to be present at the service location while the Field Day is being conducted. Please communicate access information when scheduling your appointment to avoid disruption of service. Including community gate codes.
Field Day Cleaners Requires any location in service to have access to hot water and electricity to successfully complete the Field Day Service. Failure of compliance will result in cancelation of service until corrective action is taken.

We make every attempt possible to avoid cancelation of services however, in the unlikely event that service is cancelled our office will reach out to you by phone, Text, and email to reschedule service. If this event happens less than 24 hours from your appointment time a credit / discount will be applied to your account for the inconvenience.
It is our top priority to ensure there is a balance of safety and security between our customers and team members. We allow ANY member of our team to immediately end any service in the event the individual or team feels unsafe. In the event this occurs a member of our leadership will contact you. Field Day Cleaners reserves the right to refuse service.
Oops! Accidents happen!
Although Field Day Cleaners avoids damages to personal property trough robust training and education, accidents may still occur. Any damage that occurs during service is reported immediately. Suspected damages after service must be reported within 48 hours of service date. Field Day Cleaners is a licensed and insured company.
The safety of our team members is the highest priority for Field Day Cleaners. At times Field Day Cleaners may elect to CLOSE certain or all service areas in the event of extreme weather conditions. Field Day services impacted in this event will be rescheduled or cancelled.
