Our office will communicate to you directly regarding the needs of your home before and during the Field Day. Ensuring our team checks all the boxes. Service is scheduled in a range from a vacancy date to inspection or move in date. Additional services may be suggested during service
Our team will provide you will an end of service summary giving you a peace of mind during a stressful time. Service summaries include pictures and other information specific to your home. Additionally, this summary is ideal to provide to property management.

· Dust and clean all baseboards, moldings, and trim.
· Dust/Clean Bedroom door & door frame.
· Clean windows inside.
· Clean window tracks and sills (remove dust, dirt, and debris).
· Dust blinds, shades, or other window treatments. (damage is reported)
· Wipe down curtain rods and hardware.
· Empty and wipe down all closet shelves, rods, and drawers.
· Dust and clean any ceiling & floor vent covers and intake covers.
· Clean air vents, HVAC grates, and replace filters if needed/Available
· Sweep and vacuum all floors, including edges.
· Mop all hard surfaces (tile, wood, laminate).
· Clean and dust the exhaust fan.
· replace burnt-out light bulbs if available. (additional cost upon approval)
· Empty and clean inside vanity drawers and cabinets.
· Clean / Shine cabinet and drawer faces.
· Clean and polish mirrors, removing streaks and watermarks. Including inside of medicine cabinets if required.
· Clean sink basin to include drain, and overflow drain.
· Clean the faucet and handles, polishing to remove water spots.
· Clean the countertop and any wall mounted hardware such as towel racks.
· Wash/Clean side of vanity to include toilet paper holder hardware.
· Clean and disinfect inside the toilet bowl (remove any stains or rings)
· Clean the exterior of toilet tank, seat, lid, and base. (excessive damage/corrosion is reported)
· Scrub the tub or shower tiles, removing soap scum, mildew, and water spots. (excessive mold/mildew may accrue an additional fee)
· Clean grout lines in showers and tubs thoroughly.
· Clean shower doors and tracks (remove water stains and buildup).
· Remove existing shower curtains, Liners, and hooks.
· Clean any shower/ Tub shelves, soap holders, or built-in storage.
· Clean shower curtain rod and hardware.
· Clean windows inside.
· Clean window tracks and sills (remove dust, dirt, and debris).
· Dust blinds, shades, or other window treatments. (damage is reported)
· Wipe down curtain rods and hardware.

· Wipe down curtain rods and hardware, removing existing curtains unless instructed otherwise.
· Sweep and vacuum all floors, including edges.
· Mop all hard surfaces (tile, wood, laminate).
· Dust/Clean laundry room door & door frame.
· Empty and clean inside any drawers and cabinets.
· Clean / Shine cabinet and drawer faces.
· Dust and clean all light fixtures Including Chandeliers

· Clean/Degrease backsplash including grout lines if applicable.
· Clean / scrub the sink basin
· Polish and disinfect the faucet and handles.
· Ensure the drain is clean and functional (run water and check for blockages).
· Test garbage disposal (following strict safety guidelines) using Garbage disposal Cleaning Tablet. Maintenance concerns are reported.
· Clean the inside of the microwave (including turntable and walls).
· Clean Microwave exterior, including buttons and handle as well as vents.
· Clean / Degrease Oven (range) hood. Report burnt-out light bulbs (Style is not provided for replacement)
· Clean / Degrease oven cooktop. Excessive damage or corrosion to burner pans is reported.
· Clean the inside of the oven and oven drawer (remove any burnt-on food, spills, or grease).
· Clean the oven racks (results may vary)
· If possible, Pull oven unit away from the wall and clean the sides of the oven as well as behind and under the unit.
· Clean the control panel, knobs, and oven door. Removing knobs if necessary.
· Report burnt-out light bulb from oven interior if required (Style is not provided for replacement)
· Remove all food and items from Refrigerator/Freezer drawers and shelves.
· Clean Refrigerator & Freezer unit shelves, drawers, and trays.
· Clean/Shine the exterior, including handles, sides, top, and door seals.
· Remove (if possible) and clean vent cover to condenser coils.
· Carefully pull unit away from the wall. Clean underneath and behind the unit.
· Run a cleaning cycle with an empty dishwasher.
· Clean/Shine the exterior, door, and control panel.
· Clean out the filter of the Dishwasher and remove any food debris inside.
· Clean windows inside.
· Clean window tracks and sills (remove dust, dirt, and debris).
